As Secretary of BISI, Elif oversees and coordinates the think tank's operations and initiatives. She holds a First Class Honours degree in International Relations and is currently pursuing a Master's in Security Studies at University College London (UCL). With a background in Human Rights Law and activism, Elif's research interests encompass geopolitics, conflict dynamics, and the emerging role of cyber power in international relations, with a particular focus on the Middle East.
