As the Secretary of BISI, Elif oversees the organisation and coordination of our think tank. She holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations, graduating summa cum laude, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Security Studies at UCL. With a background in Human Rights Law and Activism, Elif's research interests encompass Geopolitics, Conflict, and Cyber Power, with a regional expertise in the Middle East.
